Job summary:

Faithful+Gould is an international Project Management and Cost Consultancy services provider which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the well-renowned larger group, WS Atkins & Partners Overseas Company. We are active in the Middle East and India for over 10 years with our regional headquarters in Dubai, and offices in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Our Middle East and India presence is complemented by our operations across Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA, and our 2,000 plus global staff.

We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying or similar from an accredited internationally recognized institution or university.
  • Estimating and cost planning.
  • Post contract administration.
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage supporting quantity surveying staff on a day to day basis.


  • Minimum of 7 years experience including at least 3 years in the Middle East.
  • Excellent estimating and cost management experience in infrastructure.
  • Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current activities and ability to present directly to the client.
  • Excellent communication skills.


  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (MRICS) or other similar status with and internationally recognised body, is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working within multicultural teams.
  • IT Literacy with Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Your first language to be English.
