We are looking for a Project Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi.


The Project Coordinator will join the project team providing technical and administrative support to the Project Management Team. 
Duties will include:

  • Provide support to the Project Management Team with managing project activities including document review management, programme planning and resource activities
  • Assist with the collation of data to ensure project reporting is accurate
  • Create and maintain project documents, logs and reports as required
  • Use the systems that are in place to ensure that all projects comply with the SNC Business Management System  
  • Communicate and disseminate information effectively to the Project Management Team 
  • Work to strict deadlines as determined by the Project Management Team
  • Communications and Working Relationships
  • Reporting to Project Management Team
  • Interface with Operations Manager


  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a project environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • High proficiency in Excel with experience analysing and collating data 
  • Familiarity working with SharePoint sites and able to upload information and find documentation efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and verbal, and can communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively both individually, and as part of a team
  • Able to take instruction and work through assigned tasks to completion
  • Naturally have a strong work ethic and level of professionalism
  • Organised and self-motivated 
  • Can manage their own stress levels when working under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
