Faithful Gould is currently looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our Hong Kong team. 

Job Title Name : Project Accountant/Finance

Role & Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for Fixed Assets/Project Management.
  1. To ensure all Fixed Assets and Construction In-Progress (CIP) costs are properly accounted for and capital expenditures are in control within the budget as approved per Request for Capital Expenditures (RCE).

Main responsibilities:
  • To ensure all assets, including “ready to use” asset additions are to flow through CIP for review and capitalization. 
  • Monthly reconciliation of Fixed Assets and CIP to GL.
  • Create and maintain the Fixed Asset Master Data.
  • Conduct physical sighting of Fixed Assets.
  • Do estimation for Depreciation and CIP forecast.

Other responsibilities:

  • Monitor and tracking the Project spending both for Capital and Expense.
  • Monitor and tracking the Recruitment Authorization Form. Ensure that the contractors Headcount and cost is within the budget.


  • 8-10 years of project accounting / finance experience of which at least 3 years on major Pharmaceutical projects
  • Degree holder preferred
  • Familiar with SAP and ERP System
  • Good analytical skills and strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
