We are currently looking for an experienced, ambitious and proactive individual who is interested in joining the Atkins Global Design Centre (GDC) in the capacity of Project Planer. The position will allow the individual to work with a project controls team of experienced professionals.

The qualified candidate will support the Project Controls Manager and/or Project Manager in the delivery of the project according to all time/cost/quality.


·3-6yrs of experience in Planning & Project Controls       

·         Responsible for supporting Senior Management for planning functions within the Project Controls business unit.

·         Support Project Manager in creating schedules for Bid submission and preparing detailed schedules for multidisciplinary works in Primavera.

·         Monitor critical activities based on the Primavera schedule and advise project management.

·         Provision of project performance data, project schedules in a concise and timely manner as required by the projects teams. 

·         Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.

·         Create variance/slippage reports based on the appropriate baseline schedules managed in Primavera at the various stages and the reporting periods in the project and communicate the same to the senior members of the team. 

·         Ensuring that all issues within the programme are highlighted and understood by Senior Management and giving appropriate planning advice. 

·         Deliver periodic programme updates and information regarding changes and delays that have impacted the programme on a period by period basis. 

Other responsibilities may include:

·         Generate Adhoc reports.

·         Attend and Record minutes at Project and Internal meetings.

·         Provide a point of contact for project team queries.

·         Preparation of presentations for the various project information/Reporting.
