Faithful Gould is currently looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our Hong Kong team. 



Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the effective Project Cost Controls for all financial, commercial and contractual aspects relating to the Client project located in the Region (SEA).
  • Requires knowledge base inclusive of cost analysis, budgeting, cost reporting and forecasting, change management, etc

Major Accountabilities
  • Responsible for overall cost control of the Project.
  • Responsible for updating, maintenance and generating cost report.
  • Expenditure tracking, spending analysis, trending and forecast, risk and opportunities tracking and analysis.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting to the client including project Cost reporting and any other financial reporting.
  • Contingency management, including conducting regular review meetings with the Project Manager..
  • Responsible for working with the Client’s system to generate project cost reports and analysis.
Key Performance Index
  • Ensure the timely completion and submission of cost / project control reports to the Client.
  • Ensure the a high level accuracy and quality is achieved in all reports to the Client including Cashflow forecast, Cost reports, etc.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively with the other team members
  • Able to support and assist other functional groups and team of the project.

Preferred Education and Experience Level
  • Good Engineering Degree (minimum)
  • >3 years of project cost control experience. Pharma experience is a Plus.
  • Good with Excel, Word, Power point.
  • Good command of English
  • Familiar with SAP/ERP system
