Faithful+Gould are looking for an experienced Engineering Management Department Manager to be based in Riyadh.

  • Minimum 25 years’ experience leading to a position of engineering manager on large-scale projects. Extensive progressive work experience, including supervision, preferably in project and staff design engineering, systems start-up, field engineering and utilities. Proficient knowledge of procurement, construction, contracts and quality assurance
  • Proven leadership capability.
  • Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in directing multi-discipline engineering team including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical on large projects. Technical knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, applications of engineering methods and materials and applications of computers and computer aided engineering to problems. Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards, engineering procedures and design criteria in all engineering disciplines.
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Experience of continuous improvement and supporting capacity building / talent development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of working internationally.
  • Must demonstrate extensive experience in managing and running several large-scale design competitions.
