Document Controls Coordinator

Our Houston team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 2 years of experience as a Document Control coordinator on Construction projects in Pharma, Aviation, Manufacturing or Energy sectors, we would like to connect with you. We are looking for specific experience in developing a successful document controls plan and implementation.

-Develop and implement document control procedures.

-Manage document control system for area of responsibility and provide quality control, oversight and training to ensure that the system operates efficiently and meets users' needs

-Assist project managers in the preparation of change orders, notices to proceed, requests for quotation, and other general correspondence.

-Assist project manager in the processing of payment requests, change orders, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).

-Assist project manager with meeting minutes, project status update entries, and payment, change order, RFI, and submittal logs;

-Establish and maintain a project document filing system in accordance with procedures.

-Prepare reports in accordance with procedures and forms;

-Manage all documents for all projects.

-Enter and track following documents Submittals, RFI's, pending change order, change orders, and invoices that were reviewed and/or prepared by Cost Control Manager and Project Managers,

-Maintains all logs. 



-Bachelor’s degree
-Two years’ relevant experience
-Thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
