We are seeking to recruit staff to join our Group Information Services – Singapore team in supporting and serving our business in a busy and fast paced changing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• General troubleshooting and support of the Atkins desktop computing environment based on incidents service requests logged via the Global Service Desk and My IT self-service ticket system
• Management of 2nd line incidents and service requests assigned via queue system, according to defined SLAs and adhere to Request & Incident Best Practice guidelines
• Maintain regional service excellence by providing customers with continual and regular updates throughout the management of their incidents and requests
• Deploy, setup and maintain desktop computers and peripherals and record their status for asset tracking
• Work with global team colleagues to help analyse, resolve and see through issues
• Report to the Desk Side and Technology Support Manager, and assist in achieving local and regional objectives and projects
• Maintenance & management of local server & network rooms
• Help to develop, review and improve processes to maximize efficiencies within the team
• Support engineering and design software deployment through SCCM and help diagnosis potential issues
• Provide regular updates and reports on current issues

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ working IT experience
• Experience of working to (and exceeding) Service Level Agreements
• Good general understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and MS Cloud solutions (One Drive, Intune) / Office 365 in a corporate IT environment, supporting IT infrastructure
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Business focused approach and good customer service skills
• Motivated with a sense of responsibility and self-discipline
• Good analytical & reporting skills
• Able to work well in a team and with colleagues in other departments of the company

• General level of knowledge of working in a corporate IT environment
• Customer Service Experience
• Any ITIL or Microsoft Qualifications
• Working knowledge of supporting IT infrastructure
