Faithful Gould is currently looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our Hong Kong team. 


Responsibilities:-
  • Owner representative for construction and scheduling matters
  • Assist the Owner PM to manage the site construction activities
  • Assist the Owner PM to develop/monitor and track the project schedule
  • Assist the Owner PM to control construction quality
  • Coordinate construction activities with the owner operation team.
  • Review and issue daily/weekly construction progress and schedule report.
  • Identify construction risks and recommends mitigation actions.
  • Review and advise on construction method statement
  • Supervise the EPCM construction team
  • Ensure safety compliance on site.

Requirements
  • Min 8 years’ experience; at least 3 years in Pharmaceutical Projects
  • Degree or higher – mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Good computer & software skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient with P6/MS Project planning tools
  • Able to work independent
  • Good understanding of construction in a brownfield environment
  • Committed, customer focused, confident and a good team player
